Butler Ambulance Service is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the Butler, PA area for 50 years. Butler Ambulance is hiring Full-Time Paramedics, Part-Time EMTs and Part-Time Wheelchair Van Drivers. We respond to approximately 10,000 emergency calls per year from 3 stations utilizing 11 ALS ambulances and 1 Paramedic response vehicle. Overall, we perform around 20,000 emergency and non-emergency transports every year.
We are located in Butler County (Western PA), 30 miles north of Pittsburgh. Here are more details about the position and it’s benefits:
- Employees start at hourly rates higher than area averages with additional starting wages based off years of experience
- Full-Time:
- Averages 42 hrs/week (employees work 3.5 days/week)
- 12 hours shifts and every other weekend is a 3 day weekend off
- Rotating schedule of 2 weeks daylight / 2 weeks night turn
